When we continually hear the Father's voice speak over our lives, all other voice loose their appeal. He will speak things over your life that if you told others they would think you to be crazy. One key to hear His voice is: "But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles..." ( Isa. 40:31). This verse reveals a key to high level prophetic revelation. Eagles represent the prophetic because the fly high and from their lofty position have great vision. Those that wait, "will mount up with wings," or they will fly high like eagles. Waiting on the Lord means being still in prayer, not talking, but listening and waiting until He begins to speak. He who has ears to hear? "Be still and know that I am God" (Ps. 46:10). How still we can be determines how well we know Him. Doesn't He speak in a still small voice? Or we have to be still to hear His voice? Hearing the Father speak over your life is more addictive than any substance or entertainment that the world has to offer. Focus on Him and He will speak marvelous things. The Father serves His children and experiencing that makes us want to burn for Him. If He serves us, how much more worthy is He of our devotion, obedience and praise. The word "worship" comes from the old English word your "worth-ship", meaning to give worth to your leader. Worship isn't just something we do, rather it comes from a heart that see Him and is amazed for all that He has done for us. Worth-ship is a lifestyle.
