A JUDGE'S ATTEMPT TO PRESUME AUTHORITY OVER THE PRESIDENT OF THE U.S., AND TO AFFECT THEIR OWN FOREIGN POLICY, MUST BE TOTALLY DEFEATED AND ERADICATED FROM THE JUDICIAL MENTALITY AS A BLATANT VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION. What will it take to do this? Abraham Lincoln sent soldiers to arrest the Supreme Court. He was talked into recalling them by members of his cabinet, but that Court got the message and did not seek to encroach on Presidential authority again. Soon after Lincoln was gone the judicial mission creep began again. It has now surpassed all previous encroachments, and threatens to destroy the basic fabric of our Republic just as the Founders had warned. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS? The Founders put into the Constitution the means of removing such radical threats to our Republic from the bench--THE CONGRESS MUST USE ITS AUTHORITY TO IMPEACH ANY JUDGE THAT VIOLATES THEIR OATH OF OFFICE TO PRESUME AUTHORITY NOT SPECIFICALLY GIVEN TO THEM IN THE CONSTITUTION. THE CONGRESS WAS ALSO GIVEN THE "POWER OF THE PURSE" SO THEY COULD DE-FUND ANY ROGUE COURT OR JUDGES THAT VIOLATES THE SEPARATION OF POWERS CLAUSE, OR FOR OTHER SERIOUS MISCONDUCT. ANYONE WHO MUST TAKE AN OATH TO DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO READ IT FIRST. It's the most powerful government document ever written. (Its in plain English, and can be read in a couple of hours by a slow reader.) If we're an American citizen we also have the responsibility to defend it. WE CANNOT LET THIS JUDICIAL MADNESS CONTINUE ANY LONGER.
