Response from the email I sent to Senator Thom Tillis. The email was what Rick Joyner drafted. He really didn't address the Judicial Tyranny mentioned in the email...but at least it's now in his wheelhouse. Dear Mr. Lizotte: Thank you for taking the time to contact me about President Donald J. Trump. I appreciate hearing from you. President Trump has pushed an aggressive policy agenda from day one of his second term, and I am proud to work with him to deliver results for North Carolinians. While Washington D.C. has been consumed by partisan gridlock and obstructionism for far too long, President Trump is already implementing policies to help improve the lives of Americans across our country. Here are just a few of those accomplishments: Signing the Laken Riley Act into law, which mandates the federal detention of illegal immigrants who are accused of theft, burglary, assaulting a law enforcement officer, and any crime that causes death or serious bodily injury; Taking steps to secure the border and stem the flow of narcotics entering the United States; Streamlining the federal workforce and ensuring effective service for the American people; Unleashing American energy production to bring down the costs of production; and Confirming President Trump’s cabinet nominees in record time. While President Trump is already getting results in his second term, I am also proud to have worked with him on several major accomplishments during his first term, including: Enacting the largest tax cut in American history, providing tax relief for the vast majority of Americans; Confirming three new Supreme Court Justices in addition to over 200 other judges in federal courts across the country; Securing our border and countering illegal immigration; Implementing badly needed reforms to the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure accountability and give veterans the choices they deserve, and; Strengthening our military to improve the training and readiness of the Armed Forces.
