PRESIDENT TRUMP SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT DEFY A COURT ORDER, BUT THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES IN OUR HISTORY WHEN PRESIDENT'S DID THIS, AND IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO WITH AN UNLAWFUL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDER, EVERYTHING PRESIDENT TRUMP IS ACCOMPLISHING WILL LIKELY BE LOST, AND MUCH MORE, ULTIMATELY OUR REPUBLIC, IF HE DOESN'T. After all of the abuse the President has been through at the hands of a corrupt DOJ and judges, his continuing respect for our justice system is remarkable and laudable. This may be why he is the best one to defy unlawful and unconstitutional court orders that at times must be done to preserve the Constitution and the Republic. The reason the Founders did not give the Judicial Branch any means of enforcement (a military or police), but must rely on the Legislative and Executive Branches for this, is the Founders considered what they called "Judicial Tyranny" the greatest threat to our Republic and they wanted it to be completely dependent on the other two branches of government for any enforcement. Often when what they considered that a wrongful, unlawful, or unconstitutional order was issued, the Executive and Legislative Branches wisely and rightly, simply ignored the wrongful orders. Abraham Lincoln was one of the one's to famously defy such unlawful orders that came from the Supreme Court of the time. To be like Lincoln and preserve our Republic Trump will have to do the same--choosing to obey the "Supreme Law of the Land," the Constitution, above rogue judges or justices, and their courts. The best form of government will be bad government if there are bad people running it. To defy an unlawful order is not rebellion, but can be the highest form of obedience to the law and the Constitution--"the supreme law of the land. When it ceases to be that we have lost our Constitutional Republic.
