Something that really needs to be talked about in the world of Christianity is “speaking in tongue” ,to many Christians push this one gift to say we all have it or that it is the evidence of having the Holy Spirit. Here is the problem I have, 1. I cannot find anywhere in the Bible where it says “Every believer can speak in tongues” and 2. I cannot find anywhere in my Bible where it says to speak in tongues is the evidence of having the Holy Spirit, or being saved. Yes I do believe that speaking in foreign languages or the language of angels is a gift, but I cannot agree with, this gift is for all believers or it is the evidence to show you are saved/Have Holy Spirit. I have seen the bad affects of this being spoken to people without that gift, meaning the tongue of angels. I really wish that this would be discussed & studied more, the disasters I’ve seen happen from that being spoken are horrible. I am one who went through hell from it myself & have watched others also go through hell. Just thoughts very strongly on my mind.
