The headlines today read "JUDGE ORDERS WHITE HOUSE TO PAY PART OF 2 BILLION IN FOREIGN AID." This is blatantly unconstitutional as a profound violation of the "Separation of Powers" clause in the Constitution. The congress should impeach and remove this lawless judge from the bench immediately, and quickly do this with any others who so presumptuously get so far out of their lane to thwart some of the most basic functions of our government. Think about it--there are several hundred federal judges below the Supreme Court--how could our government function if these lower judges presume authority over the President of the United States? That any judge would presume to have authority is an ultimate violation of the "Supreme Law of the Land"--the Constitution, not to mention the chaos it would cause if all three branches of government would try to implement its own foreign policy. For this reason, the Founders wisely gave the President alone authority over foreign policy in the Constitution. The President should ignore this unlawful order, and like Abraham Lincoln did with the unlawful orders from the Supreme Court in his day. He even threatened to arrest the Supreme Court that was seeking to usurp both his and the legislatures authority. If this "judicial tyranny" as Thomas Jefferson called it, is not confronted and removed from the Judicial Branch, all that Trump is now accomplishing will be undone by the left that has learned that when it cannot get the votes in a matter, to just find any deviant judge to impose their will over the people, and the government. No judge is given this authority. The Constitution is "the Supreme Law of the Land," not the Supreme Court, or any other court.
