Overcoming Unbelief Trilogy. People in Place, book 2. Redemptive Words As I listen to Holy Spirit speak about the power of words and redemption, I feel I need to ask forgiveness for words I have spoken that don’t bring redemption truths. “Please forgive me, Father, for speaking words that are not redeeming. Words that are critical, that tear down rather than build up. Please give me the sensitivity to speak words of truth and redemption. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.” I hear holy Spirit whisper, “As truth and redemption are spoken, people will wake up from the slumber of unbelief.” Again, my heart is convicted by the simplicity of what Holy Spirit is saying to me. I ask, “Father, please help me to speak truth and redemption today. Help me to glorify You, not just with my actions, but with my words.”
