We are to be in unity with each other, if the church is in unity with each other, we can accomplish anything that the Lord Jesus Christ gives us to do.! Paul exhorts us to be in unity. He teaches us to have a walk worthy of the calling with which we were called, with all lowliness, gentleness, with long suffering, bearing with one another in love. Endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit and the bond of peace. (Ephesians 4:1-3). So as a church, the body, we are to be one! And the book of Genesis chapter 11: verse 6 the Lord says “ indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them” . They were proposing to build a city, and a tower, whose top is in the heavens, they were doing this to make a name for themselves so they would not be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.. but the Lord, confused their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city. I pray the church will be unified !
