TRUMP'S MOMENTUM GROWS. If there was an honest poll taken now, his approval rating would be far higher than it was at the election. Before the election it could be dangerous to wear a MAGA hat. Now it is likely the most popular hat in the world. Even more telling, the "Trump dance" is now the popular touchdown celebration! This is a far cry from watching teams kneel at the National Anthem. The Democrats and leftest media continues their meltdown and denial, but now their outrageous accusations against Trump and his supporters draw a massive outrage on social media and other outlets. There's a wise saying that "When you're in a hole quit digging" but obviously don't have this wisdom. I remember every election since 1960, and I don't remember anything like what we're experiencing now. I sure don't remember the kind of celebration happening around cabinet picks that signal Trump's absolute resolve to keep his promises to "drain the swamp" and make government efficient again, and responsive to the people. This is all very exciting, and worthy of celebration, but we must not fool ourselves that this kind of revolutionary change is going to be easy. The "deep state" is really, really deep. They do not tend to play fair, or by the rules. The establishment members of congress who have allowed the deep state to grow into the behemoth it now is, includes many Republicans that are going to have to vote to kill their own creation. This will likely be the biggest legislative battle of all time, and it will not be won easily. MY POINT: It's good to stay excited and encouraged, but the real battle is just beginning. It is for the life of our Republic. We can't let our guard down, and we must never surrender just as Trump has demonstrated through the onslaught that has come against him. ! We need to get ready now for the mid-terms, finding and supporting the very best candidates who will fight this battle through the end of the Trump Administration, and likely into the next one.
