I had written this extensive note as a comment/response, and wanted to send it again with some updates as a note. I don't know that I *should* send the note; it's just something that I have. In a roundabout way it's about revival. I think it was around the start of 2000 (though it could have been in the previous year) that I visited family North of Toronto and during that visit travelled on public transportation to visit Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship because I had heard of the revival there. When I got to the building and went into the auditorium, I think they were having an afternoon meeting and they sang the song, "This is the air I breathe" (Your holy presence living in me). When I got back to my home in Texas and visited a church that I had an impression I could attend they also sang that song and both times I cried. A few years later, probably in 2006 I went to the Come Up Here conference there with Bob Jones, Bobby Conner, and Paul Keith Davis. I think we heard Keri Jobe's "Revelation Song" for the first time. They sang that song at the prophetic school meeting at MorningStar Friday evening. At the conference, I think I bought a copy of a book of testimonies from the revival there, "Experience the Blessing: Testimonies from Toronto" (2000) edited by John Arnott. I think I attended the Sunday service at TACF after the conference and John asked if anyone had a testimony (I think a testimony from the conference and I thought "no"), then he said what if I called for one and then I thought, oh, maybe I would then. I think I was reading from the book on the airplane back to Texas and the testimony by Dick Mills ("I Saw Jesus") caught my attention. When I heard an invitation on a preaching tape about testimonies recently, it may been the start of a process that reminded me of that testimony, and I began to search for it. I was not finding the testimony online and so finally I bought a copy of the book and wanted to quote here from it. This is the main emphasis of what I am writing here. In John's introduction to the testimony he says that brother Mills would often prophesy to people just using the scripture. John wrote that he and his wife met brother Mills in 1982 and he gave them a word that they would have "much people in the city" (I think from the scripture not to fear because God had many people in the city) and that their ministry would produce a harvest of 30-, then 60- and finally 100- fold. In the introduction to the overall book, John refers to January 20, 1994--maybe that was the beginning of the revival. In the introduction to brother Mill's testimony, John says that in "November 1999, I felt strangely prompted to call him" and was surprised to find that he was in Toronto also and had been blessed. (In a video John Arnott mentions that brother Mills had visited TACF incognito.) The testimony begins with, "Many, many years ago (he later adds that the year was 1943), the Lord met me in a profound way that clearly showed his purposes for me as a servant in His kingdom (he said in a video that he was told to be an evangelist). At that time I was slain in the Spirit, and for two hours I saw a great unfolding of the end times and what I could expect to happen I also had a visible encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. He forgave me of my backsliding and restored the joy of my salvation. I was refilled with the blessed Holy Spirit. Peace of mind was given to me and an anointing was imparted for me to travel with the good news of the gospel. While reveling in God's abounding compassion and graciousness, the Lord began to reveal to me seven moves of the Holy Spirit that I would experience in my lifetime." He adds, "Since that time, I have been a witness to all the moves He revealed to me. I am speaking of latter rain, the healing evangelists, the charismatic renewal, the para-church groups, the word of faith movement, and the third wave (plus the river groups--Pensacola, Tampa, Smithton, Van Nuys and Toronto)." Further, he says, "And now we come to the Father's Blessing. I would like to relate to you a divine encounter I had at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF) while pastor John Arnott was speaking. Pastor John was sharing some renewal testimonies. I was sitting in the audience listening and enjoying him tell of all the good things the Lord was doing. The Holy Spirit was present. The audience of several thousand were very attentive. The worship produced the high praises recorded in Psalm 149:6. Pastor Arnott was speaking with a very clear anointing.  It was my first time at TACF and I was rapt with the very awareness of the Lord being there in power and glory. (As I am revising I do not know how to immediately resolve first visit and other mention of incognito visits.) Without any preparation on my part or any forewarning by the Lord, I saw Pastor John's face disappear. The face of Jesus was superimposed on the very spot that Pastor John's face was before this happened. Jesus looked right at me and said, "It is time for the seventh move to begin.' That's all He said. His face disappeared and again I was conscious of Pastor John speaking and continuing on with his message." (142-144) In the Friday evening meeting, Rick mentioned the 7th day, the thousand year reign of Christ. I believe it was in 2000 that I was in a meeting at IHOPKC and Mike was on the stage speaking, though he may not have been at the podium. I could see him directly, however, I was mainly watching him on the screen. They were talking about the election for President and no one was stating a preferred candidate from the stage. Suddenly Mike appeared as President George Bush, senior to me on the monitor. I checked it a few times, looking back and forth from him to the screen. From memory Mike said, if you have something, give it to us,  and I called out "George Bush". (If it's worth me mentioning it, I'm also located at Texas A&M University where the Presidential library for President Bush senior now is) Then Mike said, as he sometimes did, "delete, delete, delete".  1948-1952  the latter rain 1946-1950's the healing evangelists--said to have sparked the Latter Rain movement 1967- the charismatic renewal  the para-church groups latter half of the 20th century the word of faith movement 1980's- the third wave (plus the river groups--Pensacola (1995-), Tampa, Smithton (1996-2000), Van Nuys and Toronto).   So, I originally sent this note about 5 days ago as a comment. Today 11/13/24 I found a video of brother Mills speaking at TACF in 2000 and he spoke some about his testimony about the seventh wave. He added that these may not be everybody's moves--which I took to be the exact identifiers of all main revivals in this time span. He said the Lord told him in 1943 that he was going to be held in abeyance for the seventh move. He spoke of that as "held in readiness to be called for it". And he gave these dates. 1947  the latter rain 1949 the healing evangelists--said to have sparked the Latter Rain movement 1967- the charismatic renewal  1952 the para-church groups 1972 latter half of the 20th century the word of faith movement 1980 the third wave (plus the river groups--Pensacola (1995-), Tampa, Smithton (1996-2000), Van Nuys and Toronto).  1995 the seventh move (he did not include the seventh move in the list; I think 1995 was when he heard of that.)
