jewishlivesmatter (10.20.24): I have NOT been praying for healing of the survivors of the 10/7 massacres in Israel, or for the relatives of those killed, kidnapped or tortured. I repent, and I'm adding this to my daily prayer list. Shirel Golan, a survivor of the Nova Party massacre on October 7th, took her life today, on her 22nd birthday. Her passing is a painful reminder of the unseen wounds so many carry after that tragic day. The trauma of that tragic day lingers to this day, leaving scars that aren’t always visible. PTSD is a silent battle that many are now faced to live with, and the impact of the horror endured by so many in Israel continues to weigh heavily. Words fail, only tears and heartache remain.
