Congressman Ralph Norman is holding an event today Tuesday, August 27th to discuss Silfab's health and safety risks. This is our opportunity to show the public how strong and educated our movement is. We know the definition of Light Industrial. We know all about Silfab's experimental plans to build their first ever solar cell factory. We know the health and safety risks of high quantities of silane and hydrofluoric acid. We know the laws that York County is breaking by continuing to issue Silfab new permits for future development after the May 9th BZA ruling. We only have 2 questions for Ralph Norman on August 27th: What suitable heavy industrial location has your development company found for Silfab to move to? How will you be holding the unelected officials of York County accountable for their illegal permits to Silfab? At the conclusion of Ralph’s meeting, the team will evaluate all of our legal options. Please make signs, please tell your friends, please join us today, Tuesday August 27th to make our voices heard - we will not back down until we move Silfab.
