Dream last night about a possible war in the future: People were doing [church] often run by bureaucrats and administrators collecting information. [Church] workers were wearing different clothes depending on the job they were doing in the [church]. The [church] was very retail store oriented - go in, shop around in a building, buy what you want and leave. It was consumer oriented. The scene changed to people had retreated to high in the mountains for an unknown reason. [Church] was now held in mountain retreats like ski lodges. In the retreat was a man [government/[principalties] who was slowly taking away people's liberties. Eventually it came to were he was taking away people's guns from them. Many people didn't care and didn't see the danger. Others shouted at him and said you can't have my stuff. He was lying to the people telling him the threat is from terrorism and sabotage from within and they needed to take the guns. There was also another danger - of invasion. Only a few sensed it and the man and leadership did not. Then an foreign soldier dressed in winter camo gear came into the lodge. No one noticed except a few. He was carrying a rifle. Some screamed "everyone down". Some where scrambling to find out what is happening. Most people were clueless but they went down. One person[defences] started eliminating the soldiers before they could take over. Some people still didn't listen. It was an invasion. One man stood up and tried to show everyone it was safe by standing in front of a huge tall window. A foreign sniper shot him dead through the window. Now everyone knew there was a war on. I beleive this dream has a dual meaning. The "store" in the dream represented two things: the "church" as it is now and it also represented lower levels of government. I beleive the retreat/lodge in the dream represented a new higher church but still man run and the retreat/lodge also represented higher levels of government. [New levels new devils]. Please be praying about the dual meaning of this dream: People would get ready for both internal government evils and an invasion and for armed forces to be ready and the true identity of the church and its people to arise. jim
