"Democracy is the worst form of government there is, except for all of the others." Winston Churchill We can have the most perfect form of government and still have bad government if we have bad people in it. Even the best people are still imperfect, so we will never have perfect government, laws, or court decisions. In leadership you learn that sometimes the best decision is just slightly better than the worst decision. That's why we must rely on the goodness, and wisdom of the leaders. Much of the corruption we now have in our government is because the party process we now use to choose our representatives and leaders is so corrupt--in both parties. So any reform of government can only go so far if we don't reform the present political parties, or do what George Washington proposed--not have political parties. Politicians, who see everything through a political filter, don't think this is possible. A true leader sees this as absolutely possible, and increasingly necessary.
