THE SUPREME COURT GOT IT RIGHT ON PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY. Did they get it perfect, probably not, because that is hardly possible in the state of this world. But that they got it right to the degree that they did should be encouraging to every American for the way they strengthened the Constitution, the Presidency, and the Separation of Powers. TRUMP calls it "A big win for the Constitution," and it is a big win for him too, as well as any future presidents. This should greatly inhibit the kind of political prosecutions that Trump has been subject to. THE LEFT is crying foul and viciously attacking the "right wing" Supreme Court, but this was as unpolitical a decision as they probably have come up with in s long time. The left calls anything that strengthens the Constitution "right wing" because the Constitution is the worst enemy of the way they want to operate. Without the Constitution our federal government has no legitimacy.
