WORDS OF WISDOM -One of the hardest parts of leadership is that leaders make public decisions based on private information. People don't always understand why a leader makes the decision they do, but they also don't have all of the information that that the leader usually has (and they are not privy to that information). So before people Say, "if I was the Leader I would do xyz..." understand if you don’t have all of the information, It’s unfair for anyone else to have to “choose sides” with only partial information. It’s unfair to be expected to make a full and complete assessment with partial (sometimes biased) information. This is how division starts in any organization. It’s even worse when people desire partial information on any given matter when they clearly are already biased and already have their mind made up before they even hear the whole matter. It’s important to simplify our lives and only engage in matters that we are called too. Proverbs 18: 13 -He who answers a matter before he hears it, It is folly and shame to him.-
