Psalm 89:14 states that RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE are the FOUNDATION OF THE LORD'S THRONE. Righteousness is doing what is right in the sight of the Lord. Justice is treating everyone with fairness and equity. According to Isaiah 5, the ultimate fall that can come upon a nation is to start calling good evil and evil good. Does this not describe the U.S. at this time? The first judgement of God for the nations that do this is to give them capricious children for their leaders. Does that not describe the U.S. at this time? Redemption and restoration for the terrible debauchery we have fallen to will not come from the White House, but from God's house: II Chron. 7:14 "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land." This must start with the Lord's people. "Judgement begins with the house of God."
