The Last Supper An Eternal Communion Table There’s a teaching and belief in the Body of Christ, that certain leaders have the power to transform and change the Communion bread and wine (juice) into the literal Body of Christ. Many Evangelicals and Pentecostals teach and believe the bread and wine are symbolic. It’s Scriptural to partake of Communion in remembrance of Jesus, but it seems many, unknowingly, partake from a wilderness standpoint (1 Corinthians 11:24-25). The Lord showed us, we now have a New and Better Covenant! No more manna—No more wells, but The Bread of Life and New Covenant Blood of Victory! Passover 2020 While worshipping on Passover with our son who was home from school, and a group of his friends (on Zoom) from MorningStar University, I saw an amazing vision. As we worshipped, I saw Hands coming down out of heaven, holding a big loaf of bread. He (Jesus) broke the bread and handed it out to His disciples, which were us. Then the vision switched, and I saw Him in the Garden of Gethsemane, wrestling with the decision to drink the cup. Then vision switched again, to us holding our Communion cups ready to drink. I saw sprinkles or showers of His Precious Blood raining down upon us from the Throne of heaven. END. I believe the Lord was telling us that the bread we saw, is the Bread of Life come down from heaven (John 6:48). The Loaf is His Body, which was broken and distributed—a piece to every disciple (follower of Christ) in the now (Matthew 26:26). It’s a New Bread in the New Covenant, and not the manna that rained down, they partook of in the wilderness. Together, We (Fellowship/Koinonia) make up the Full Loaf of His Body here on earth, each having a part in helping to nourish others with His Kingdom Bread (The Bread of Life and Word of God). He showed us that the cup in the Garden of Gethsemane was the cup of God's wrath that had to be satisfied (Ephesians 2, Romans 5:9), and there was only One Pure Life Blood that could do that. Every single person ever born of a man has a sin nature due to the fall of Adam and Eve. Only through the sprinkling—washing, Atoning Grace of God’s Love for us, this New Life in 1 Peter 1:23 becomes a reality. “You have been regenerated (born again), not from a mortal origin ( sperm, seed), but from one that is immortal by the ever living and lasting Word of God.” The Supernatural Seed (or Sperm) “planted” in Mary, was not from an earthy man, but God. I saw that the life is in the blood (Leviticus 17:11), and our life blood was tainted with every evil thing, due to giving our dominion over to Satan in the Garden of Eden. Our life blood of sin was the cup Jesus chose to drink in the Garden of Gethsemane that day. As we lifted our cups to drink, I heard, “This is My Blood in the NEW COVENANT which is poured out for you.” Jesus drank our “wrath cup” so we could drink His Pure Life Cup! ALL He bought was in this NEW CUP (in the now). It was truly FINISHED, and by the Blood of the Lamb they overcame (Revelation 12:11)! So every time we drink, there should be a major celebration! He’s speaking of the Kingdom which is now in us, Praise God! Some drink from a wilderness standpoint and believe that we’re waiting to drink this cup with Him in the second coming. The scripture says, “But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s Kingdom (Matthew 26:29).” In Luke 17:20-21 (KJV), Jesus also says, “The kingdom of God is within you.” So if the Kingdom has not yet come, then we’re all still under the law of sin and death. We only know in part and see in part, but I pray we see that the greatest “Common-Union” took place as Jesus rose from the grave, entered into heaven (The Most Holy Place) with his Blood, sprinkled it on the Mercy Seat, and sat upon the Throne (Hebrews 9:12)! ALL authority (Headship) had been given to Him! Ephesians 4:15 says, Enfolded in love (His Body), let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). A Body—A Bride growing up into the Head of Her Beloved in Perfect Communion, in which we are joint heirs (Romans 8:17). Thank you Father that we never had to drink that cup of wrath! Thank you Jesus for Your Life and Precious Blood! May we celebrate and live out the FULLNESS of ALL you've bought for us, and the deepest, highest, widest price you've paid. As a Bride, I pray we submit to Your Headship as a wife submits to her husband, and Co-labor with you here on earth as it is in heaven. Could it be that the power to transform isn’t in the physical bread and wine, but rather after it ‘s been consumed (“Take and eat”)? After all, Jesus said, This is My body…’,” so why would some leaders have to change it? As we partake in eating His flesh, that is, suffering crucifixions of our flesh in obedience to His Word, and drinking His overcoming, Victory Blood in the New Covenant, we are TRANSFORMED and become like Him. John 6:50-51 says, [But] this is the Bread that comes down from heaven, so that [any]one may eat of it and never die. I [Myself] am this Living Bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he will live forever; and also the Bread that I shall give for the life of the world is My flesh (body). John 6:53 says, “And Jesus said to them, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, you cannot have any life in you unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood [unless you appropriate His life and the saving merit of His blood].” 2 Corinthians 4:10 says, “Always carrying about in the body the liability and exposure to the same putting to death that the Lord Jesus suffered, so that the [resurrection] life of Jesus also may be shown forth by and in our bodies.” Jesus calls us into death of our flesh, unto the Resurrection Life of His Word (Galatians 2:20). Luke 22:20, speaks of the Cup and the Blood. “And in like manner, He took the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament or covenant [ratified] in My blood, which is shed (poured out) for you. Concerning our inheritance, “In the case of a will, it is necessary to establish the death of the one who made it, because a will does not take effect until the one who made it has died; it cannot be executed while he is still alive (Hebrews 9:16-17). You O Lord be Glorified through us—Your Transformed Body here on earth as it is in heaven! We do this in remembrance of You!
