I know it is said that the canon of the scriptures have been closed, that there will not be anymore revelation added to them. I just thought about this, but is that absolutely true? When Jesus comes back to the earth on His second appearing, He will rule and reign during the millennium. That is at least 1,000 years of the Son of Man/Son of God physically speaking, teaching, leading on the earth before the new heaven and the new earth have come. Do we really want to say that when Jesus Christ is on the earth that He cannot add more revelation to His very word, the bible? Haha! This dawned on me while reading Revelation 20. I can't wait!
