“When Christ calls a man He bids him to come and die.” Dietrich Bonhoeffer Those who have answered this call and taken up their crosses to die daily are the most fulfilled and free people alive. To be dead to this world is to be free from fear. A dead person cannot fear rejection, failure, or anything else. To be liberated of our self-centeredness is the greatest liberation of all. But our goal is not just to die to self, but to live in Him. This is the Way of the most elevated, noble and fulfilling life we can live. Let us resolve that every day we are given we are going to make it "the Lord's day."
